I’ve had two previous new builds and my experience with Salerno Construction was honestly the best. Nick Salerno met with me and my agent to walk through a home he was in the process of building and I guess he noticed my glum look when I saw the bathroom layout. I have some mobility issues and just wasn’t sold. He simply asked “what can I do to make this work for you?”… the bathroom is now beautiful and exactly what I needed. I had my choice of finishes on everything from flooring, door styles, cabinetry…even exterior trim. Rebecca at his office kept me updated on the timeline and even sent pictures regularly so I could see the work in progress. It was only after I moved in that I also started to notice the little touches that really show pride in the finished product…soft close cabinet doors, tall baseboards, wide windowsills, tile work that is just what I imagined. I closed with an amazingly short punch list and his staff have even corrected a few things I hadn’t noticed. The team is the best and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Salerno Construction for your next project.
